Dress Rehearsal:
Sat May 16th, 11am

Our dress rehearsal will be held at the beautiful 7th Street Theatre in Hoquiam, beginning at 11:00 am on Saturday May 16th. This is our chance to run through routines, practice transitions, and make sure every dancer feels confident and ready for recital day!

Families are welcome to sit freely in the audience with their dancers during dress rehearsal. This is a wonderful opportunity to watch other classes perform and cheer on our dancers from every level. We’ll move through everything as efficiently as possible, so please arrive on time, fully dressed in your first costume, with hair and makeup performance-ready. Bring ALL costumes and accessories as well as shoes. Be certain to label all items with your dancers name.

We will be lining up informally from the front of the stage on the side. We will call the names of the dances and have them line up. This for dress rehearsal ONLY. On Recital day we will all be backstage and line up from the dressing rooms, down the backstage stairs and onto the stage.

Dress rehearsal is a key part of the recital experience, it allows dancers to get comfortable on stage, under the lights, and in the theater environment before the big show.

Recital:
Sun May 17th, 4pm

The moment we’ve all been working toward! Our annual recital will also take place at the 7th Street Theatre, beginning at 4:00 pm, Sunday May 17th.

This performance is a celebration of our dancers’ hard work, growth, and dedication throughout the year. Family and friends are invited to join us for an unforgettable afternoon of dance, music, and memories.

Dancers are required to show up to the theater performance ready and in their first costume of the program No later than 3:00pm the day of recital. Hair and make-up done. The dressing rooms will be labeled by class so that they are easily located for line up.

Doors will open approximately 60 minutes before showtime for seating. Seating is first come first serve and there are no tickets required as that is covered by the required Recital Fee. Families may invite as many people as they wish.

We can’t wait to see our dancers shine on stage, it’s going to be a truly magical performance!

Recital Fee

Our recital fee is $125 per family and covers all the essentials that make recital day a memorable and seamless experience!

This fee includes:

• 🎟️ Unlimited audience admission – families may invite as many guests as they’d like to attend the recital at no additional charge.

• 🎥 A professionally recorded and edited video of the show, provided by Videoland Productions of Lacey, Washington. We are offering a DVD or USB format to choose from.

By combining ticketing and video into one simple recital fee, we’re able to create a stress-free, family-friendly experience where everyone can simply sit back, enjoy, and celebrate our dancers’ big day together! The Recital Fee is due March 1st, 2026. You will receive an invoice for this via email.

Photos and Personal Recordings:

Because our recital will be professionally recorded by Videoland Productions, no personal videotaping or photography will be allowed during the recital performance. This ensures the best possible experience for our audience and allows everyone to enjoy the show without distractions or blocked views.

However, families are more than welcome and encouraged to take photos and video at the dress rehearsal! Dress rehearsal is the perfect time to capture those special memories of your dancer on stage in full costume.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain the quality and professionalism of our show, while still giving families the opportunity to preserve those priceless behind-the-scenes and rehearsal moments.

🌷 A Celebration of Dance and Dedication
